50 to 100 hp more would be great and don't want to spend an arm and a leg throw some stuff out there

You are looking at cam, heads at a minimum.

No bolt-ons are going to get you there

Don't forget intake manifold. If you're running vortec heads you will need a new intake.

These damn tbi motors are hard to make power on a budget.
