That's been a problem for years, honestly. Those cars that run less then a 100 laps to catch a check. They're usually in the way.

I agree with you there Michael. I don't know what NASCAR can do to stop them though.
It didn't seem to be as big of a problem until about 4-5 yrs ago.. I'm sure there have always been a few "start and park" guys. But, "filling out the field" with a half dozen or more of them every single week, cut the damn field size!

As for the changes...I don't think they'll have much of an effect from what they do now.
