I used the 15000 mile Ea Filter with it. Probably should have changed it but I was going to need to change the oil soon anyway.
I don't care what kind of oil was in my car...
NO WAY IN HELL is it ever going 20,000 miles between changes...

Glad they fixed the CPS and didn't give you any hassle about the oil (or lack of changes thereof) causing the issue.
I wish you could have gotten a sample of the oil. Also the Ea15k filter is supposed to be changed out at 15k miles. Not a good idea to let it go any farther.

Well I guess I will go back to changing oil at 15k, at least they cleaned it out when they dropped the pan.

Jim, one guy here has a Toyota Camry and I change his oil for him. It got to the point that I had called him to remind him to get in to get his oil changed. Well time when by and he finally came in. He put 30k on the oil. I sent a sample in and of course it was shot, but not as bad as I had expected it to be for being in for 30k miles.

I understand what you are saying... and I understand that oils are orders of magnitude better than when I first started driving.
But there is just no way I could force myself to drive one anywhere close to that mileage without changing the oil...
It's just me...
Hell... I had a hard time getting away from the 3000 miles oil change...
Now I usually change at 7000-8000 miles...
There is usually at least 30% left on the OLM at that time... but I just can't force myself to go any farther than that...
