UPDATE:
After a few hundred miles...
I really like the overall setup. All of the McGaughy's stuff works exactly as intended. The front spindle and spring ride is factory smooth and the rear springs are not too stiff.
BUT
Whatever you do... DO NOT order Belltech Nitro shocks for the rear. The shocks they offer for a 5 - 6 inch drop are so short that they have almost zero extension left. I have no bottoming out issues at all but the shocks "top out" over any rise in the road, resulting in a bang in the rear. The shocks perform well but they are the wrong size for this application (although thay are correct according to Belltech).
I bought a set of air assist shocks for the rear that have about 5 inches more extension. That should solve the problem. Hopefully, I'll have time to install them this week.
Overall the ride and handling of the truck is actually improved over stock. Pretty cool!
