Mustang Corrosion/Rust Issue

Soooooo. anyone else own one of these? My dad found this on his the other week... im kind of surprised.... all this corrision goes all away around the hood. He is going to see if the local ford dealer will handle it.. since he has done ALOT of business with them. Even tho the warranty states it must has holes in it basically.. if not screw em.. aftermarket hood time

My 10 year old GMC sierra never had that happen and it had been through 10 brutal MN winters. Rockers...yeah it was starting there but the hood? wtf.
