Go big or go home :jester: I always loved the VFR, they are just too weak. They should make that mutha 1200 ccs
That would be pretty sweet... But I'll probably just end up motor swapping my Shadow, lol

Big cube sport-tourers are abundant down here. You just have to wait for the right deal.

I should have kept my Hayabusa for some adrenaline rush. I got such a good deal on that thing. I could not pass up what they gave me on trade, though.

My Shadow is useless for trade... But that VFR is a 2014... Show room fresh... But a RC51 engine in my Shadow would spank it... Decisions, decisions, lol

The Shadow will still be worth zero. The work and expense in that swap will be more than you think. You find me a complete RC51, and I will pay cash :jester:

The biggest hurdle is converting the bike to chain drive, lol.

Like most motor swaps, it's definitely a lost investment... But I like everything else about the bike... I just want a 3rd gear and more power, lol. Unfortunately, a motor swap is the best way to do it.

Converting to fuel injection would be nice, too... Temperature fluctuations are a pain with carbs.

Though, I fired it up yesterday, and as soon as the fuel line was primed, she fired up

But a 130HP Shadow would be fun as hell. [emoji38]

RC51s go for between 6 and 8k in Edmonton...

Now it's quite hard to find one of those Honda CG 125 from the mid-'90s that hadn't been beaten the hell out of

Honda CBX 200 Strada, another one that used to be quite common here but is now slowly disappearing
