40 amp fuse should be more than enough...

One of the most common fans used for S-Series V8 swaps is the old Taurus fan, because it pulls massive air... People have always said it was a high amperage fan, and they all had 40 amp fuses :dunno:

I have the 50A Fuse on my Mustang fan, on the F150, never had any problems like that....and hope I don't, and 30 bucks for another fan, man you got a hell of a deal!!

The Mark VIII fan pulls more air, we have a Taurus fan on the chevy.

Yeah I have always been pretty skeptical about the 80 amp fuse, but never really questioned it that much, I am going to grab a 40 amp fuse and have a 50 amp fuse in the glove box in case I find 40 is too low but I doubt it

I guess I never mentioned that I had the new fan on the same day...

And I have kind of forgotten about getting a new fuse or breaker

On a side note, putting my Eibach shocks, struts, coils, and leafs tomorrow
