I'm doing some research on manual valve bodies. I don't know anything about them, just very little research...

Full manual and there are automatic manual.... And there is like a 50-100 dollar difference. I will be doing a full manual in one of our trucks more than likely.

But has anyone ever used a automatic manual valve body? I want one i will be able to put in second gear and it will launch in second gear....And i want it to shift when i shift it. And i want to get rid of the vac modulator on both trucks. Neither will be able to pull enough vac to shift the trans.

And want the cheapest route for sure! But not at the cost of lack of performance. :loser:

Any info is greatly appreciated!

Everything we run has a full manual valve body. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Paired with a B&M ratcheting shifter. It's a blast to drive. Like having a manual without a clutch.

Make dang sure anyone that drives it knows they have to shift it. Because it will not down shift either. They will be taking off in drive all the time.
