Anyone know the lug specs for a 2003 Trailblazer I know it is 6 lugs but what 6x?

Ok so hear is my retardation coming into play what is the 5 stand for?



I found this on a junkyard web site and this is why I ask


16x7, aluminum, 5 spoke, opt QC3 (LT), (bright face w/charcoal pockets)
16x7, aluminum, 5 spoke, opt QC4 (LS), (flat face & pockets)
17x7, aluminum (opt N74 or PFE)
16x7, aluminum, 6 spoke (full size spare)
17x7, steel (full size spare)
16x7, steel (full size spare)

The 5 stands for 5 inch bolt circle. 6 lugs located in a 5 inch circle. Full size trucks (GM) have a 6 lug 5.5 inch bolt pattern.

Those are different. Those numbers stand for the diameter and width of the wheel. The 6X? from earlier stands for what Jim just mentioned, the bolt circle.

So in theory I can get any 6x5 lung pattern at a junk yard and it should bolt up?

Not necessarily. Any Trailblazer / Envoy / Ascender wheel is probably OK but you have to make sure others have the right size center bore. Not too many 6 on 5 bolt pattern vehicles out there.
