My Father in law keeps saying he wants some stainless nerf bars like I have on my Suburban. He has a 2010 Silverado Extended cab. My wife, sister in law, and brother in law all wanna chip in and buy him a set for his birthday soon. Anyone know a good site I can buy some from, and for reasonably cheap? They must be polished stainless. I can get some locally for about $400 a set, but was hoping to find a set for much cheaper than that.
Also, I saw a set for sale on ebay and the seller claimed that they will fit any 99-2010 chevy Extended cab. Does anyone know if a set from a GMT800 will fit on a GMT900?? :dunno: Because if so, I saw a set on Craigslist from a 2005 that might work if they will fit.

My mother in law says she wants to get them for him for Christmas. Any ideas on any particular brands? $300 is the most she wants to spend. And he definitely wants chrome or polished stainless steel, no black.

I don't know for sure but I don't think the mounting points are the same from a 800 to a 900. Look pretty different to me. Autoanything usually has great deals.

I got mine from Mechanic's Warehouse. They're made by Nasta. I went with them because I think they listed all stainless brackets and hardware.
