Looking for a Jeep Cherokee.

In the next few months I will be looking for a 2000ish Jeep Cherokee. What are some of the things I should look for?

They liked to rust out in the floors and around the bottom of the doors. I had mine for almost 15 years and it just fell apart around that 4.0 that wouldn't die. There really isn't much bad with them except rusting out.
