Well, NASCAR typically doesn't do penalties during the race weekends.. That stuff is "usually" handed down on Tuesdays, after race weekend. And from what I've heard, it sounds like RC was the only one who actually "did" anything..
Well, unless you count "going to the ground in a defensive position to avoid further injury" doing something...

Yeah.. The worst thing they can probably do to RC is tell him he can't come to the track for a few weeks.. I guess maybe dock some owner points..
The whole idea of "Grandpa Childress" putting Shrub into a headlock and punching him, though, just cracks me up!
