It's not heavy. When I did mine, I took my time and with plenty of breaks. It took me about 4 hours and should be doable for you. Patience...and I had oxycodone....

I just looked back at Dan's write up. A tip on the fuel lines(besides have a disconnect tool), is to pull the fuel pump fuse or relay and run the engine. It will help keep the fuel mess to a minimum.

I finally got around to tackling this. I've had the parts for months now, just been putting it off. BeBut I finally started working on it this weekend. Back was killing me though, had to keep stopping and take breaks. John, I did take your advice about the oxycodone. There was 15 years of funk underneath my intake. And the rear sensor was rusted to hell, while the front one didnt look bad at all. But I got em sealed up good with some blue RTV sealant all around the new harness. I made a 1/2 inch high wall around the rear sensor with the rest of the tube of the sealant. I followed Dan's write up, and got a torque wrench to torque them to 15 ft/lbs like he instructed. And then the inch/lbs on the intake. But I didn't even own a torque wrench, I have always borrowed one the few times I've ever used one. But just so happens that Harbor Freight had them on sale this week for only $10 each! So I bought two, one for ft/lbs and one for inch/lbs. I've read a lot of reviews about the HF torque wrenches, and people say that they are surprisingly accurate for how cheap they are. For as often as I use one, a HF tool is perfectly fine for that IMO.
It was hell on my back, but at least I had a decent lookin helper.
