So I've sold my current HU and will be ordering the Kenwood Friday. I'm trying to decide what else to buy for the truck. I'm thinking either a Recon Fire and Ice, Bedliner kit, or possibly new subs and a amp. what do you guys think?

How about a Recon Bedliner with chunks of sub for texture?

If you use your bed a lot, get the bed liner.

I'd probably go with subs and amp. If you're gonna have the radio out, you might as well do everything at once.

Just my $.02

Subs and amp.

Ruin your hearing while your young, I don't want to be the only one.

In that case, I need to know what kinda amp I need to get for my sub. Still not 100% sure I want to go with shallow mount subs

Well, I just put a Rockford Fosgate P3 shallow in place of my JL.

I really, really like it.

My first sub was a P1. That thing sounded really good! Don't know if i'd wanna pay that much for a P3. Right now I have a CVR and I love it, so that's why I was leaning toward the shallow cvr's

I've got all my wires ran for an amp, so I can put my HU in and hookup an amp and subs later when I get them. I'm trying to find new tires and wheels since mine are all but bald
