I may have missed it, is this a crack in the manifold? I have welded cast exhaust pieces with high nickle rod before. You can take to a fab/metal shop and have them do this.

The leak is where the header and pipe come together. They're not fully sealed against each other, hence the leak.

EDIT: Found some Permatex products that look promising. Just not sure which one to get!

So the flange gasket is leaking? If this is the case, you can get some great aftermarket gaskets, that are thicker, and seal that up, bud. I know how annoying an exhaust leak can be.

I don't think there are gaskets on there, but then again I haven't looked. I'll check that today and if that's the case I may try that. Can I get the gaskets at advanced auto?

I think all you need is the size of the pipe and how many bolts the flanges are (2 or 3 bolt).

Hunter, get us a picture. You said header to pipe. Do you have headers or stock manifolds? You said "stock headers" in your OP, but I assume you mean manifolds.

If you have manifolds, there is a ball and seat joint, but you can get a gasket for that, too. Advance should have it.

If you do in fact have headers, they will have a flange gasket for the collector.

Sorry about that. When I say header I mean manifold . I have stock manifolds, but I call them headers. I will get a picture posted when I am home. I want to try and see what the best fix is so when I get paid (Friday) I can fix it asap
