Glad we're in agreement on this. Absolutely the ugly child. One can only hope the GMC is more appealing.

Moving past the grill...not a fan of the new mirror location, or the giant Chevrolet in the grill or tailgate. The bed steps may help, but they're pretty far off the ground due to making the bodies higher and I'm curious how they're bracing them.

Along the lines of the new body "style", anyone seen the video showing the new 5.3 and 4cyl? Start at 3:35 for animations.

Why does everyone have to complicate everything???
Only thing I can think is they're trying to meet EPA requirements.

As others have said, at this rate, I'll never let go of my GMT400 and GMT800's.

Like you, I love my 97. As for the new ones, I hate them. Its all about money , and regulations. No manufacture wants to make a real quality product any more. Its all about how much money they can make, and still be within regulations.

My Mom beat stage 4 lung cancer and was cancer free for seven years before succumbing to a heart attack in her sleep. Don't give up brother...Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and Emily as well.
Thanks. I'm about 5 years out... I don't give up easily. They way I look at it is I already got 5 bonus years and I'm hoping for a few more!

And GM does it again. WTF is this. A Blazer I dont think so. The front end looks like a Toyota. Its a crossover or a new way to call it a station wagon. Fugly, Fugly, Fugly. F a new car or truck. GM they are ulgly as hell. Quit relaying on some key puncher to do research to find what may sale, and open your eyes so you can see what looks good and what doesnt. A Blazer has always been a truck with a camper top from the factory, and some rear seats ect.img-581385028-1529699655343.jpg.cf.jpg

While I agree it shouldn't be called Blazer, it's not bad..... The bigger issue is that fully loaded, it's like 50k

Definitely. It looks more like a cross between a Traverse and an Equinox. :dunno:
