I don't know.....I need to sell these damn wheels/tires and stock handles

Put them on Craig's List yet?

Naw... they wheels/tires are gonna be a bitch to sell. I really, really, really don't want to ship them

The handles should go pretty quick, I haven't listed either of them online yet

Who says you have to ship them?
Put them on and say "pickup only" or something like "will deliver for the right price" if you are bored and want to drive somewhere.

You just never know if there is someone out there looking for stock wheels....say if they rolled theirs and ruined the rims. :dunno:

I did say pick up only. But most of the places I get guys buying from are no where near me. I listed them on F150online and CL just now.

Will list the handles soon.

The money from the wheels will go into the tire fund

That's where the money from the '00 Silverado rims I sold is going too. And if I sell the stock '98 wheels, that would help a lot too, but I might hang onto them :quote: just in case :quote:

I feel ya. I needed tires but had to wait until I got my tax return. I ended up getting the cheapest ones I could find and actually got some damn good tires for $125 each from TireRack. I couldn't even get garbage tires at any local tire place or even Walmart for that matter for as cheap as that. Luckily I just happen to live in the same city as one of TireRack's warehouses so I went and picked them up and saved 90 bucks on shipping. But I did have to pay sales tax. which was around 40 bucks. I actually like these Geolandars. They look great, even for a RWL tire. I wanted some all terrains but feared they would cause road noise. Luckily these are a mild tread pattern and have zero noise.

Yeah my biggest problem around here there are no shops like that. We don't have too much Franchise stuff like that.

We have some tire kingdoms and that's it. But no one can match online prices. I talked to a local guy that a lot of guys go to. I told him I saw tires for $250 a piece and he looked like  He said I can't get anywhere near that. He asked if I had been looking online

Grandpadirt said Sears will match online prices, as long as shipping is factored in. I tried to see if a local tire chain called Gateway tire would match tireracks prices. Especially since they are local as well. They said it depend on how much cheaper we were talking. Gateway sells the same exact tire in the same exact size for 180 each plus $16.99 mounting and balance for each one. When I told him TireRack had them for $125 each, he said no way he could match that. Then he proceeded to tell me the best he could do was $811 out the the door, and that was mounted, balanced and a free road hazard warranty. I said, "So you expect me to pay you $300 more for mounting balancing and a road hazard warranty? No thanks."
