Looks too hillbilly if you ask me. Like they couldn't afford to buy the right wheels. It's different on a 4WD lifted rig for sure though.

Mine were perfectly flush with the top of the fender even with the 305's. I wish I had a lengthwise view.

Decisions decisions. The good news is that I think that will be the wheel so that decision is close to being made.

I'm after a little bit of a wider stance and I don't mind if the wheels stick out a tad.

Tobias - Did you have the full 2 1/2" leveling kit on the truck? If I remember your posts about that set up, you didn't have any rubbing or if you did it seems like it was minor at just the right angle. Is that right?

I had only the 2" kit. Didn't want it 100% level.

As for the rubbing - only very little in reverse at full lock and even then it was intermittent based on angle.

What is the front-runner?

I've narrowed it the 3 below. The Centerline is the front-runner with the other 2 tied for second.

1. Centerline Bigfoot with a smooth lip and possibly having the rivet circles smoothed as well.

2. Black Rhino Zambia. These are discontinued but Discount Tire has a few left. They are similar to the current Black Rhino Robberg except these are polished.

3. Ultra Mako in silver. The shiny center cap bothers me though.

I have the old school RC 2 1/2" leveling kit when they were adjustable. I really would like to be able to clear with only the small plate (1.5" I think) but I wouldn't mind going up to 2" if I had to. I don't want to go more than 2" though. If I get to that point, I'll look at a 1.5" BL if I can talk my wife into it. She thinks anything higher than stock is too redneck. Living in Arkansas + a "redneck" truck in the garage might be more than she can handle.

You seem to have a good eye for wheels on GM trucks so I'm happy that ranking.

I'm horrible at figuring this stuff out which is why I haven't bought wheels since '03.

Might as well order up some nice rotors, some ceramic pads and some caliper paint and get it done! :D2
