I can get an enclosed 8.5' x 24' car hauler trailer with an awning for $3k. It comes with the leveling hitch as well. It is a 2002 model and I know the guy personally and he takes care of his stuff and he purchased it new.

Think this is a good deal? Also would a new GM with the 6.2 and max trailer package be enough to tow it? Really can't see stepping up to a diesel if I don't have to since we would only be towing it once a month in the local area. Mainly about 80 miles away to running events.

I'm not familiar with trailers and with this being used to haul all our running chairs and stuff I wouldn't think the total weight would be very much.

I still have to see what the total cost would be to get it wrapped with our Ainsley's Angel info. It being white the background needs to be black. I'm thinking they are going to want $1,500 to wrap it. Going to call today to find out.

That price seems pretty good to me...really depends on the quality of the trailer and condition.

as for whether the 6.2 can pull it, it's really a matter of how much it's going to weigh once loaded. that's decent size trailer and you can put a shitload of weight in it. short hauls you can probably get away with pushing it a bit.
