Yeah, something like that..

Every time fuel prices go up and people just keep paying whatever they charge, it reinforces the fact that they don't "have" to find new efficiencies or build more refineries or anything else to try to lower the prices.. They're profitable how they are, so why change anything?

So, are we against high gas prices or for them?

There's a lot of bitching here about expensive gasoline but then we tout the free market and how great America and capitalism are.

We all hate $4/gallon but then we also hate the "hipsters" who are complaining about it and calling out those who are actually benefiting from it.


Which one is it?

1.) Free enterprise, Go 'Merica!
2.) Free enterprise, except for gas! Go 'Merica, shut up hippies!!!
