That's not buffing out
Does it clank when you are at a dead stand still??? If not, it might be some other bushing worn out.
I'm hearing a clank when I use the brakes

HorsePower- if it don't scare ya it aint enough
my stepdad's jeep had that problem. they ended up replacing all the front but make sure your wheel hub is fine. that's what it was all along. just the dumb people at the jeep company here kept replacing parts instead of checking everything.
