Yeah, the woman I spoke with apologized repeatedly. She offered to let me keep one of the bottles of polish for my troubles. I explained that I don't even have a polisher that I can use it with. She then offered a bottle of something else, so I said go ahead and give me another bottle of the Super VRT. So the rest of my order (plus a free bottle of Super VRT ) is on the way, along with a shipping label to send the polish back.

What'd they fWONk up?

I ordered the Daily special which was a bottle of Super VRT with applicator sponges, a bottle of APC, and a free can of In and Out spray. I also ordered a bottle of undercarriage spray. The only thing they got right was the undercarriage spray.
Instead of the Super VRT kit, they sent a few bottles of machine polish.

They shipped you the previous day's Daily Special. Buy 3 polishes get the Machine Super Sealant free. Glad they made it right.
