Who wants to build the first Fordgerolet?


people do that already. its a ford body/chassis with a cummins and an allison tranny.



but i doubt with the new dmax silvy coming out with more hp/tq than the competition, boxed frame, and beefy suspension to out tow the others. even if its still a torsion bar setup and now a SFA.


i dont know if it will hang with the new superduty, that thing is bad ass, and its numbers are ridiculous, i guess well just have to see what chevy offers :jester:
The new Duramax has Industry leading HP and TQ numbers so it should be able to handle the SD. :jester: The thing with these diesels is that any brand can scoot with just some exhaust and a tune. I love HP wars :cheers:

IMO numbers are good, but real world test are better, i never see chevy test against others like ford does and documents it....

I was just refering to your numbers quote... :dunno: I agree that what is on paper doesn't always equal real world. What tests are you referring to?
