Trust me... the Helm manual is the only way to go...

Been there... done that...with the CHiltons and Haynes.
I too used to like Chiltons...but they are not as good as they used to be...
Check on ebay... you can usually find the factory Service manuals pretty cheap...

Yeah the "REAL" Chilton's were HUGE and detailed and like $100-$150. Then they came out with a smaller version for DIYers about $30(ish). NOW they are one step up from the owners manual and $20. IMHO

A good friend of mine makes side money on e-bay. He has come across a lot of deals on manuals. One deal was about every year of Caddy from like the '70's on up to early 2000's. I think he got all for like $100 and sold several rare ones for $150 ea.
