Are you as picky about the placement of those stickers as I am? I can't stand it when they stick my inspection sticker on crooked.
YES!

I ALWAYS get the inspection and then add my registration in perfect alignment. Wouldn't have it any other way.

I had this same problem back in 2008. My registration expired in march but I didn't even realize it until November when I was leaning down hitching up my trailer with my expired sticker on my plate staring me right in the face. When I renewed it a few days later, I had to pay $19 in late fees.

Yeah, here in NC I see a ton of out of date license tags. They started a new way of dealing with inspections and license. You no longer have a sticker on the windshield. You go in and get your vehicle inspected. They put it into the system and then you get your tags renewed. If you don't get the vehicle inspected you can't get new tags. So now more are driving around on expired tags. I saw some that were over four months overdue.

We don't have those silly little stickers here, that go on the lower left of the windshield. Don't have inspections either, unless your vehicle is over 5 years old... then it is every other year........ and it is NOT like the Texas inspection! Pretty much anyone can pass an inspection here. :dunno:
