The bad part is I have a very nice core support from a donor truck I have sitting not more than ten feet from that truck. But the issue is I still need holes cut for the tubing from the intercooler. So I figured instead of cutting up my other radiator support I may as well patch up this one. The holes are in the right place, they just look like a blind dyslectic retard with one hand and three fingers cut them.

You got a good start to the project. Now to just think it through and take your time.

Why is the entire front drive assembly removed?

I started this biuld with a front end swap. As I was working on the frame I started to notice other problems. I will not put this truck back on the road until I have corrected all of them.

Yeah, that is why I am doing another front end swap now. When I was home on leave my leave got cut short and I had to slap the truck together. It did not turn out well. So now I am making sure everything is doen right and we can trust this truck to pull heavy loads across the country. If we so desired.
