I have worked in restaurants on and off for over 10 years. Was a car audio and alarm installer for about 2-3 years, then went back to cooking because it was actually more money. But working as a line cook in a high volume restaurant is a very stressful job. So I got a job in Facilities Maintenance about 6 years ago and have been here ever since. I still do car audio and alarms/remote starts as a hobby though.
