How GOOD are your driving skills?

I think that I am average for a driver, I haven't been in an accident, have gotten one speeding ticket, the reason I picked average is I swerve, a lot..

You can make pedestrians get more exercise that way... jumping out of the way so that you don't run over them...

Even though folks don't want to admit it that happens to everyone...I'm guilty of that as well......I'm constantly looking in my mirrors to watch what's going on around me...hopefully to avoid a bad situation.........

I feel you should know your surroundings at all times.

Very true...as a delivery driver I see many people with Tunnel Vision...I try to stay away from those idiots

I picked option 2. I drive lots of miles/year (50-60k) quite a few of those in a large, manual transmission vehicle with poor rear visibility pulling a variety of trailers, and haven't had an accident or ticket in years. I do tend to drive a little fast (usually run 5-10 mph over the limit), but feel that I am very aware and careful while doing it.

I feel I'm the best driver on the road, but since Jim says I'm not as good as I think I am, I voted option 2.

I think we as a group are probably better drivers than the norm. The fact that we are enthusiasts about our vehicles gives us a leg up on the unaware idiots.
