Well some good news....drove out there again, the fella was there, but said he traded my 64 off about 4 years ago for a 58 willys coupe or something, then later sold that at a swap meet.
He tried to find the guys card (he has some sort of pressure washing biz on the side) but couldnt find it. He gave me his number and told me to call him monday evening and see if he had found the card.
Said the guy lives around baytown and he could almost draw me a map of how to get there. Said hes pretty sure the guy hasnt done anything with it.
So I have a chance! I'm trying to be patient, but tomorrow I think I'll look up all the pressure wash biz's in that town and call em all and see who has a 64 GMC suburban LOL, sometimes you have to do crazy things, I'm treating this as a murder investigation, follow EVERY lead!
IF I can find it, I'll offer the guy the $300 we sold it for, but I'm willing to go to $1,000 if need be....really with no motor or trans and all the window frames rotted out its worth that
