Yes it is huge and I may be able to find a pic or two of the build. I had to build to box for the 10w6v2. It is a semi sorta bandpass design that hits pretty hard. The size and a vibration issue are making me rethink the design. The top of the box on the arm rest part actually resonates at certain bass frequencies. I can fit it with so dynomat but an new box design may be a better idea.

Think of the top piece as a sheet of 3/4 MDF coated in fiberglass and paint. The whole thing resonates so I have to figure something out for the entire piece. Polyfill would work some but not fully. If I grab the lip and hold it as hard as I can the resonating stops. As far as build quality goes this thing is a tank. Every 1/2 I used an air gun and 2 5/8 finish nails as well as high quality wood glue on the whole thing. That opening is 15" and flat, that is why it vibrates. I'll let you know what I come up with.
