He's obviously asking if he can install a larger fuel tank in his truck
Seriously, miles per gallon is a better indicator, some truck do have really small gas tanks. That being said, 2K RPM doesn't sound all that high for highway speed to me.

Not if you're cruising 65-70mph. He's cranking 2K at 55. My 6.0 runs about 1600 to 1700rpm's at 55mph.He's obviously asking if he can install a larger fuel tank in his truck

It was from the cold weather. Its shifting better. After the temp got above 10
