Does anyone know the difference between the two and which is better and all the logistics. I was looking at adding one of them to the truck for better flow and sound

Why would you only add one? Would you add it in addition to your other two? Cat's don't really effect sound other than quiet it down.

Here is a quote I got off of another forum, I hope it helps. But being that your truck is mostly stock... you wouldn't need the extra flow.

I was told a spun metallic cat would flow signifcantly better than a high flow ceramic cat. As much as 150 cfm as for a cats with the same inlet and outlet diameters. My Magnaflow metallic 2.5" in/out cats flow 590cfm. Factory GM cats are said to flow around 300-325cfm if I remember right. Besides the flow, metallic cats are more resistant to extreme heat whereas the ceramic filament in the cats can break down.

I got most of the info from an engineer at Magnaflow when I did my exhaust.

I'd say they would be about the same since they are both glasspacks but the loudmouth would be quiter than your bullets now since some of your packing will have been burnt out.

Sell me your bullets if you take em off though lol
