I have changed the plugs and COPs with in the last 5k miles. so I am pretty sure it is not those, there are no codes being thrown.
At idle it feels like it is missing, the whole trucks shakes/shutters/bogs while accelerating and the RPMs fluctuate up and down even when I hold the throttle steady.

I am thinking maybe the Throttle Position Sensor, but I would have to place the whole throttle body for that. Maybe my MAF the IAT always seems to be higher than they should be, by about 30-40* higher than ambient. Fuel pressure stays right around 40

I am stumped what do you guys think it could be??? :dunno::dunno::dunno::dunno:

56K miles
4.6L
Fresh Motorcraft plugs
Fresh Global COPs
checked the PCV
Cleaned throttle body,MAF, and filter in the last 2k miles

TX, where else should I be?
Did you check to make sure the intake is fully assembled and tightened down? Loosen all of the hose clamps, press each connection back together, tighten back down one clamp at a time making sure nothing budges. Sounds like air is getting in behind the MAF sensor.

That's a good place to start. Does your truck have a serviceable fuel filter? Might want to change that. :dunno:

that is what I was thinking also, I checked it in the Auto Zone parking lot. it seemed to be okay, today I will take the whole intake apart and go through it piece by piece and see if that helps.

You're looking for a small crack. If it still does it after you take everything apart, I'll show you what to record on a datalog to be sure it isn't air related.

I just went and pulled the intake apart and checked everything, and put it all back together and tightened everything. I did not see any cracks or tears in anything :dunno:
