wow, thats fWONked up, like Jim said, check and recheck your grounds, if you haven't taken it to the dealer yet...trace them from the bat. to the frame...also the wire it self could be fucked

Either you made a major Boo Boo and fried a bunch of stuff... or it is something simple... like a ground.
That's just too much stuff to quit working, all at the same time, without a COMMON CAUSE...
If you didn't short any wires when messing with the amp... and I am assuming you didn't, because all the fuses are ok...and you wold have said so if you did...
It almost HAS TO BE something common to all of the electrical stuff...
Each part would be getting POWER thru it's own circuit... but it is very possible that they all use a common ground...
And without a ground... the stuff will not work
Good luck, Brian! I'd just take it to the dealer and leave out the part about the amp. I'd just tell them you are experiencing weird behavior and see if they won't just give you a hand.
Just curious but how good is your battery? Is it new or a few years old. I have see where a super weak battery can cause issues.

Fixed. They had to flash the system.

Yea the tech down there was like I hope it's not the ipc and I just thought o shit $$$$$$$$$ but he flashes it and I watched all the non communication lines disappear on their computer and was like heeelllllzzzzz yea!!!
