If you want the truck rebuild that shiz with the parts that you want on it and make it even better.
That is if the frame isn't bent those pics are pretty core. My buddies integra got t boned from a guy going 50 km/h and the frame bent so this is pretty possible.

Elliott, I know how you feel about the truck being your baby. Personally, I'd probably fix the truck (against what just about everyone has said). I'd find another bed (entirely) rather than trying to replace the side and possibly bending the bottom back into shape, find another door, and I'd go with a '03 front end (I prefer it over the '99 and '06 front end).

HOWEVER!!!, if the parts are too expensive and damage (mostly to the frame and the cab itself) is too severe, I'd have to say good bye to the truck, as hard as it may be to even think about, and get a newer truck.

i honestly cant believe you are even considering fixing it... sounds like way too much work and time for nothing.

Its not for nothing. If I were to get a new truck is looking at like 6 grand or more on top of the insurance check meanwhile the damage wont cost much over 6 or 7 which insurance check will cover alot. and all I have noticed is cosmetic damage after crawling under it and whatnot for half and hour
