Worst case, head down to the parts or hardware store and pick up some cheap bolts to get you by until the studs arrive. Remember they are metric threads.

Yea, hold the applause. Got some issues. So besides the issues of, missing an O2 sensor and one bolt snapping off as we were trying to get it out using vice grips because the head had already popped. Those were problems to be fixed, no big deal.

Well as I started driving it to dinner, heard a clanking......not to bad at first. Then after dinner its pretty bad. Run over to my friends to drop off tools. Grab a flashlight and inspect the underbody....damn sure enough the front drive shaft for 4 wheel drive is knocking/cutting into the header pipe. We had seen that this problem arise during install, but my junior knowledge of the situation left me thinking, "fine, as long as I don't put it in 4x4, it wont spin, it wont hit." WRONG!! so now the front shaft is cutting away into the header. Only a matter of time before it stops, due to it cutting a nice lil spot to spin freely.

HELP.

Heat up the spot where it's contacting, smack it with a hammer until it's clear, drink a beer.
