Scotty, is it possible to have the noise, even when everything is wired correctly with high-quality wiring?

Is it ever possible to truly need an isolator as the only option?

I haven't checked yet. Spent last weekend lowering my buddy's '11 5.0 Stang, changing shocks on another buddy's Golf and then Installing a sub and repairing body damage on another buddy's ride.

Now I'm on your coast.

Get less friends and do your own shit. That's my preferred method. :D

A quick check, just grab a set of jumper cables, or a long length of heavy (2 gauge or bigger) and just onhook the connection you have, and run it to the batt through a door to see if it goes away.

I have done this before. Then you will know before you go through all the trouble of actually doing it.

If you are using a Sparkomatic EQ/ Power Booster, then yes.

:D
