That sucks......big time.
I am sorry to hear that.
I have never had service like that at Sears....
Been buying stuff from them for years and years.
My Dad has been buying from that exact store for like thirty years they have moved areas but still sears in Sav, GA as long as he can remember has gotten stuff and broken it years later and brought it in and exchanged it no questions asked as long its a craftsman
We have a mom & pop shop that is a sear's but they own it I guess it would be considered a franchise still, it is only 10 mins away that's where all my sear's purchases will be from now on they don't have much automotive stuff though...
