For shits and giggles, I googled AC Delco plugs and wires. I read where AC plugs are actually made by Denso now, since GM doesn't affiliate itself with Delphi anymore. :dunno:

If DENSO is making the plugs.... they have to be made to GM's EXACT SPECS.
I have no problem with who actually MAKES THEM.

I am not knocking DENSO at all... they make some good stuff...but...
But what we don't know is....
Are the "OTHER" Denso plugs... the ones "NOT LABELED" AC Delco... made to the same specs?

During the last 50 some odd years of driving and working on my own vehicles... it just seems to me that I got better service using the parts that were actually "MADE TO SPEC" for my particular vehicle.

Everybody's experience will vary ... of course.

The AC Delco plugs come pre-gapped for my 4.3
