It'd get debadged except for the Duramax/Allison badges. I'd leave the chrome rockers and get Esky style door and tailgate handles.

I had 255/85/16's on my 2500HD which are about the same height but narrower, and they never rubbed at all, even at full flex (if that's what you call it in a 2500HD)![]()
That truck looks damn good! I'd love to have a D-max for towing on the interstate. If I did, I'd either have a RCLB or a CC with a 6'6" bed; not the 5'8". That white one would be my ideal D-max....in green, blue, or black though.
That GMC looks pretty nice too. The tires do look pretty close, but a test drive would solve that mystery.

Good news, you can't get the 5'8" box in a 3/4 ton.
