I will have him show me. That and a Fast intake. Some formula he got off LS1 Tech or something. Not sure but I will get the details so you can tell me whatcha think

The best bang for the buck is probably going to be cam/converter and a good tune. Aftermarket intake manifolds are something that is usually added after you have a large cam, worked heads, and the rest of the drive train worked out. Like an underdrive pulley, it does increase power, but it costs a lot, and there are other places where you can spend less and get more (like a converter, headers...).

It's kinda like if you wanted to make a rock-crawler out of a Wrangler, so you caged it, did all the suspension work, but left the stock tires on it. Sure, it'll be better than stock, but you're missing the more basic components.

EDIT: Just looked it up, and for the FAST LSXR-T intake manifold, it'll end up being around $1000-$1500 for the intake, throttle body, and fuel rails. For that kind of money you can get a good converter and a nice set of longtubes, and still have some cash left for gas.
