Year number one update.
I saw that Matt was looking at new cars for his wife so I thought I would post an update now that we have had Lauren's GLK for a year now.
We are still in love with this car. Ride is great (more sedan like than SUV), interior noise is minimal, power is great, and mileage is good. We have had a day one average of 19mpg. Considering how it is used I am very pleased with that number. The fit and finish and the service are what you expect out of a MB.
If I have only one complaint (which isn't really a complaint because we knew going in) is it is on the smaller side. It works perfect for Lauren 95% of the time. The rest of the time we have my truck.
So for Matt, if you're looking to downsize a bit I would definitely test drive one. If your wanting X5 size then look at the new ML. It has been getting some pretty good reviews.
To sum up. Still not regrets. We love it and will probably end up in another MB when we are done with this one.
