Gas to diesel conversion

The frame will handle it fine.

It's the front suspension that wont handle the weight of a 5.9 CTD. The entire front end from a diesel should be brought over to support the weight.

Being that you are looking at a 95 you don't have to worry about to much electronics. The 12vs are mostly mechanical so technically you can do the swap. You will want to wire up the wait to start light though. You will also have a CEL because the 01 ECM will be looking for 02 readings that wont be there.

What transmission are you thinking of running? If your looking at a 545RE auto it wont mount up to the bell housing on the 5.9. If you're looking at the 48RE it will but you need a new flex plate to switch from gas to diesel. The manuals work but again need new flex plates.

Before you invest any money into the project check with local laws. In my area even though their technically is an appeals process for putting a diesel into a vehicle issued with a gas motor ... it never happens.
