I averaged about 20 mpg on my FtWorth trip, less on the way back for some reason... :jester:

Mileage varies on my 2006, 1500 with the 4.3 in it.
From about 17mpg here around town...which is mostly on the freeways...to about 20mpg on a road trip.

That is if I keep it below 75/80. :) :)

Average about 11.8 mix of highway and city. A 6.0 will do that though.

I just checked mine for the last couple of months.. 872 miles, 54.223 gallons (from receipts, not the DIC).. 16.08 MPG. That was mostly city & freeway driving, with a few rush hours thrown in for good measure....

I checked mine the last time I filled up. Yes, the Silverado. I got 13 mpg combined out of the 6.0. I won't do that well on this tank, because it was all around town.
