Yes, it could have been much worse. At least i was able to limp back to the slip with it. It was leaking fluid, but slowly. Also, a few more inches and the hull would have contacted the rocks, which could have sunk us.

Gotta love Progressive's "Disappearing Deductibles" program. :thumbs:

That is just nasty! Yep, gotta keep an eye on them buoys. Even with that damage I'm glad the hull is okay.

YUK! That seriously bites. Thank goodness for insurance. That's not gonna be cheap.
