A good friend of mine bought one for his daughter... back in the mid 80's.
It always had something wrong with it.
He sold it after a year of constantly working on it.

The Fiero might be the closest to road-legal a kart can get, that's what makes it reasonably cool despite its not so outstanding performance and reliability...
