Why did I go Ford?

Well I drove both, Chevy 2500HD LTZ loaded to the hilt and the F-250 Lariat nicely loaded.

Chevy was more responsive, I am still a GM guy so I needed real convincing that the Ford was better.
I drove the Ford, it's not as responsive to the throttle.. but it rides as good as the Chevy.

I was looking for comfort behind the wheel. The Ford feels better, has a better interior than the Chevy and more space in the rear seats. The Ford was a couple thousand more but as much time as I spend behind the wheel, driver comfort was the tipping point.

The truck is black with black leather interior. The nose is still hideous but even with a solid front axle the ride was as smooth as the Chevy. The cab was way quieter than the Chevy too so that factored in as well. It is what it is.

Sent from my pocket.
There's you're first problem, you drove a Chevy and not a GMC. Should have checked out a Denali HD. :gmc: :jester:

I'd also suggested looking into something like what Larry did to his grille. Makes it not as overwhelming imho.
