If you ever do aftermarket heads, make sure you check your production date in the door jamb. the 7/96 date wont accept any (unless you get lucky and find some) aftermarket heads. You would have to switch out the header panel (iirc) to accept the majority of aftermarket ones. I ran into this on my black truck, but havent made the swap yet.
