If you've seen my truck in pictures here on the site, you know that I have a tonneau cover and you may know that its an Extang Revolution. I love this cover. It was the only one that I found that fit my requirements when I was looking for one about 5 years ago for my truck. I wanted a cover with no velcro, I wanted one that rolled up, and I wanted one that I could easily take on and off. The Extang Revolution fit the bill perfectly.
Well after 5 years of use the cover was a bit worn out. Some of the seals had failed, some of the clips had broken, heck I even had some parts that came off and got lost. (See pics)

I had some extra cash from some work that I did over the winter, so I decided that I needed to try to spruce the truck back up a bit since it has been neglected for a couple years now. I got it fully washed, waxed, and detailed and decided that I was going to get a new cover.
I began looking at different covers online, but in doing so, I looked at the Extang website and realized that their covers have a lifetime warranty. I thought to myself, why not just see if I can get the parts replaced that are broken? It would be like a whole new cover.
I contacted Extang about this and they were more than happy to help! I sent over the pictures of the parts that were broken that I was needing to Rachel, the wonderful customer service rep that I was dealing with about this, and she told me that she would get me fixed right up at no cost to me.
Long story short, two days ago I got home and checked my front porch and there it was. AN ENTIRELY NEW TONNEAU COVER!!!!!!!!!! They didn't just send me the parts to fix the old one, they sent an entire new cover. Its like I hit the jackpot! Apparently they were having some issues with replacement parts availability, so instead of me having to wait Rachel took complete care of me. I got it all put on last night and it looks awesome!

This is the second time I have dealt with the Customer Service department at Extang, and they have been excellent both times! I would definitely recommend their company to anyone, and if I ever have a need for another tonneau cover, I will definitely be buying from Extang!
