Well I figured out how to download the current tune and save it. Just need to burn a copy on cd in case I have to go back NA for some reason. I still need to wire my wideband in for logging, maybe tomorrow or Sunday.

Just a thought........

Save the tune "EVERY SINGLE TIME" you make a change.
Then if you get something "OFF"... you can go right back to the previous one with out having to, more or less, start over.

If you only save it every once in a while...if you do something to it and can't figure out what you "DID" so that you can "UNDO" it... you will have to revert to an older tune... and then make all of the changes to it again.

Have fun...

Like I said....just a thought...from a proud owner of EFI Live V2. :)

Thanks Jim, yeah I have been reading a lot on EFI Live's forum and that seems to be the general consensus, back up with every change/tune. It just took me a couple of days to get the balls to hit the button. :uhoh:

I understand THAT for sure.
First time I did it in the Caddy... I had butterflies... and visions of fried ECM's.

At least the control modules for your car weren't INSIDE anything, like the TCM on my Denali was!
